Ever since I discovered yelp in NY I have become a bit of a reviewing obsessive. The first thing I do when I get home from a restaurant is go online and put down my mutterings about it. It changes the way you experience a meal. When you sit in a restaurant with some serious food horrors being thrown at you you can at least plan your literary revenge. Conversely, where you have one of "those" meals you instead taste and savour and scrabble at words to convey some of the flavour.
Anyway I thought it was about time to give blogging (and not just yelping) a go. Or at least distract myself from work a bit. I mean, I like eating and Jen loves cooking. Works well. If I am allowed in the kitchen I might even put a recipe as well
So hopefully this is the first post of many...

I am a Brit! The real question will be if I get Jen to start adding "u" in necessary places in words - colour.
